Hi Microsoft Community, at the Moment we the following situation with one of our Customers from Germany. The customer has two differrent types of contracts at the Moment, one is a M365 contract and the other one is an Open Value Supscription contract. As an attachment to this E-Mail i share the actual licenses of the Customer with you. The customer has the follwing licenses: M365: 1x Dynamics 365 Customer Voice for Teachers 200x Microsoft 365 A3 for Teachers 5600x Microsoft 365 A3 for Students 5x Microsoft 365 A5 for Teachers 100x Microsoft Teams Telefon Standard for Teachers 25x Microsoft Viva-Suite for Teachers 5x Planner for Project Plan 3 for Teachers 3x Planner for Project Plan 5 for Teachers OV- Subscription: 200 FTE; MS Core CAL Client Access License Suite, incl. Software Assurance, 2 Licenses 320 Cores; MS Windows Server Standard, incl. Software Assurance 48 Cores; MS Windows Server Datacenter Core incl. Software Assurance The customer is a school and can participate at the Microsoft Education programm. Since the last partner of the customerdidnt do a good consulting job and wasnt able to answer the questions of the customer properly, he is now very sensitive about some questions he has. Maybe you can help us with those questions too: With the Microsoft 365 A3 License for Teachers or Students there also comes a Windows 10/11 Desktop Operation System Upgrade to Windows 10/11 Education/Enterprise. Is there a proper Operations system like Windows 11 Pro OEM needed to install the Windows 11 Education Edition on the PCs or can the customer also buy Systems without any Microsoft Operation Systems and install the Windows 11 Education license directly on the Device? To open up a Open Value Subscription Contract there are qualified Products needed. In this case its the Microsoft Core CALs. Are they always needed or is it possible to open a Contract without them? Cause the CALs would already been licensed about the Microsoft 365 A3 Licenses. Is it still true, that when you License all FTEs in a Open Value Subscription contract that you can Provide all those Licenese for the Students too, for example: Visio, Project, Windows Server? If yes, how can the Students get those licenses? Is there still a Microsoft Portal where they can sign up with their school account and can Download those Licenses? Thanks for your help. Best regards ChristophUnable to access my partner profile/organization
After switching my email host form GoDaddy to Microsoft I lost all access to my Partner Profile. I am not able to submit a support request from the Partner Portal as it requires a Workspace which I am not able to see. I tried calling the support phone number but it just refers me back to the Partner Portal. How else can I reach Partner Support?Microsoft 365 Now Can Buy Mix Plan Over 300 Lic ?
Hi I've heard the news that I can't Mix Plan Business that exceeds 300 is it true or not? Currently, I have a customer who buys a Mix Plan Business that exceeds 300, can I still back it up or not? If not, I'd like to request a ref link from Microsoft. For example, buy Microsoft 365 Business Basic 300 Lic And Microsoft 365 Business Standard 300 Lic. Or have to buy any Plan Business Plan but the total amount is not more than 300 Lic ?SolvedNo more Graph API rights for new customers tenants with GDAP
Hi, We use a powershell script with the Graph module to administer the users of our M365 clients who each have a dedicated tenant with a GDAP. We use App authentication which has all the necessary rights. For all existing tenants: For new tenants: Any idea?1.2KViews0likes4CommentsE3 to E5 EEA upgrade
Hi team, If a customer has en E3 subscription purchased before October 1st, and then decides to make a partial upgrade to regular E5 after October 1st, is this possible? Or, will the customer need to make a partial upgrade to E5 EEA instead, and then buy Teams on the side? Br, NisViva Sales Licensing
Hi Team Microsoft! Viva Sales licensing is still confusing for us. We have an internal initiative in our consultancy to expand access to Viva Sales for our commercial and pre-sales team globally: 14 countries. We did not find anything clear in the Office 365 E3/E5 and/or Microsoft 365 E3/E5 license descriptions that mentioned that Viva Sales was actually included. Even with licenses... - Office 365 E3/E5 and/or Microsoft 365 E3/E5 - Teams Premium licenses - Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise licenses Still not enough? Do we need to hire anything additional?Solved1.1KViews0likes6Comments
