Is there a way in MS Forms to add a multi-select checkbox grid for survey questions? I'm aware of the existing Likert scale grid option but that only allows for selecting one response in each row. I want respondents to able to select more than one option in each row. Google Forms has this feature. If it is not available in MS Forms, how does one go about submitting feedback to have this feature added to Likert scale questions?21Views0likes1Commentcomparing results from two forms
Hi, I have identical surveys that have been sent out to users before and after training. I would like to compare their responses on what they thought prior to the training compared to after. Is there a way of doing this? If so, is there also a way to automate this?30Views0likes1CommentUsers with F3 license not able to send answers
Hello, we are facing a strange issue with Microsoft Forms where some users with Office 365 F3 licenses can't send the answers to a Form. When they click the Send button the page with the questions opens again, but no answer is sent. The form is set as only persons of the company can answer it. Those users haven't change the type of license and were able to anwer other forms of the same type before. Any ideas of what might be happening? Kind regards.32Views0likes2CommentsCritical access issue with Microsoft Forms - Need help!
Hello everyone,I am facing a critical access issue with Microsoft Forms that has been ongoing for two weeks, and it is completely blocking the progress of my university project. Despite numerous attempts and checks on my end, I still cannot log in.Here are the steps I have already taken without success: Verified my login credentials Tried accessing from different browsers and devices Cleared my cache and cookies Checked the activation status of my account and permissions This situation is extremely frustrating as I have a crucial survey to submit for my project. Without access to this survey, I cannot move forward and risk compromising my academic work.If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate your help! Additionally, if there’s any way to retrieve a copy of the survey I created so that I can at least use it offline, that would be incredibly helpful.Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide! Hello. How best to have an "for admins only" section to an MS forms, that can be filled in by just a few people in our organization, AFTER a form has been submitted by a general user? For example, we may want a text field that documents a final decision, or a Yes/No field to indicate a certain item is done. But the edited data should be somehow stored in the underlying MS forms data. Or can this only be done with Sharepoint List and a Power App? Suggestions very welcome. Thanks!!!49Views0likes1CommentEveryone can read the analyzed Excel-file
I make a Forms-Quiz in Forms. Then I make an assignment in Teams (for class). The assignment is "New quiz" and then I choose the form I made seconds ago. My students answers the Quiz and I'm ready to look at the result. I choose to analyze the answers in Excel as I can from the Forms review window. An Excelfile is made, but it is placed in the Teams-library for everyone to see. The security is set to "Teams-members": Can edit. Even Teams-visitors can show the file. I don't want my students to be able to see each others answers. This file must be put elsewhere or at least with another security-setting! I really hope there are someone reading this and can take action to set this right. Best regards Oddgeir39Views0likes5CommentsThe response is not recorded
In my class we used a Form as a assessment and for 23 of my students everything went well, but for one it failed. She ran the form, answered the questions and submitted the form, but the answer is not for me to find - no where. When I ask my student to start the Form over again it says she has already completed the form and can't do it over again. Is there a way I can get to my student's answers? Is it by any chance stored locally on her laptop somewhere? Does anyone have a clue on what might have gone wrong?27Views0likes1CommentPower Automate Error - Microsoft Forms Email
I have followed directions from other users to set up an automated email with attachments and a custom email body, which seems to have worked except when it tries to complete one section. I cannot find the error. When I entered the 'json' it automatically corrected from "item" to "name" dynamic function and now won't run.16Views0likes0Comments
