Hello We are using MS form to capture discussions between our sales team and customers. My requirement is we need to be able to save the form with a unique name so we can go back to it and add more info later. We can save the form but the problem is all saved forms show in the list with the same name - ie the Title of the form. Is there a way I can save each the form with a unique name every time we create a new one (when we talk to a different customer). The form was created from a Sharepoint site ThanksSolved49Views0likes2CommentsSave MS Form with unique name
Hello I have a Form that the sales team use to collect information from discussions with customers. Sometimes we need to save the form and go back to it later to fill in more data. We know how to submit the form and save it for later use. The problem is that all the saved forms have the same name (the title of the form). is there a way we can save the form with a unique name each time, ideally the customer name, so we can easily find which form to go back to in the saved list? In Office 365 Forms, I am attempting to create an event request form. I do not appear to be able to add a question for TIME of Day. I see a template for DATE but not TIME. In Google Forms "include Time" is an option for Date Questions in the contextual sub-menu. Is there someplace to add this function perhaps that I am missing? Ultimately I would like to add a script to the form that would auto-create an Outlook Calendar event on a shared calendar at the date and time on the form submission.201KViews34likes94CommentsMS Forms Weighted
We have various surveys that we send to client using an external survey provider. I am investigating the ability to satisfy our needs by using MS Forms. One requirement we have is the ability to have a weighting tied to our questions as I have specified below. We would like to capture the scoring value in the Excel document behind the Form for easy tabulation. Can someone guide me as the whether this is possible? Thanks. Question: How was the quality of service you received? 1. Superior (worth 100) 2. Good (worth 80) 3. Average (worth 60) 4. Poor (worth 40) 5. Terrible (worth 0)17KViews0likes7Comments
