How to get an attachment provided via FORM added to Sharepoint List
I've created a FORM that has a number of questions, including the option for a user to add an attachment. Then via FLOW all answers to the questions are getting added to a Sharepoint List. Everything is working great except the attachments are not getting stored. 1. What are the steps to enable the attachment a user provides in the FORM to get added to a Sharepoint list via FLOW? 2. How do I add an Attachment column in Sharepoint List (maybe this is part of my issue) Any other thoughts? Thanks for the help.
Forms Questions Pulling Data From Excel
Hi everyone, I wonder if you can help me! I'm trying to setup an operational process between a requisitions form and a stock control excel spreadsheet. The excel spreadsheet lists all of our stock, broken down via mac address for each device (IP phones, modems, networking equipment, etc.). This spreadsheet already automatically tracks stock levels, as well as a few other things. I would like to setup a Form my team can fill in remotely where they can select specific devices for the warehousing team to then set aside for programing. This would automatically remove that device from the spreadsheet to more efficiently track stock levels. Is there a way to link a Microsoft From and Excel spreadsheet to accomplish this? If not, is there another way to accomplish the same goal? Thanks!
Using Forms for Employee Review
I am looking at building our HR yearly review process in Forms. I will build the form for our HR staff but they will send out the link to staff when it's time for their review. However I have two questions with Forms.... Can results be hidden to just Managers and HR? I don't want employees seeing everyone's response. In our process the employee does a self eval against a defined set of questions. The manager also does the eval for the staff member against the same set of questions. Can this be forked so the manager and employee are working in the same "form"?

Hi I am completely new to Forms and I have been presented with this task at work. I work at a university and we have designed a form to be sent out to each student by email for them to complete. What I need is to be able to export each response as a PDF to be able to attach the form to their individual student record, which is held on a databse

Hello, My colleague and I have noticed a horizontal scroll bar appear on the Likert scale questions on MS Forms (see image). This appears to be the standard for 'Mobile' versions of MS Forms but it seems to have been applied to the 'Computer' versions of the forms as well. I have tested this on various monitor resolutions and with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome but we cannot get the horizontal scroll bar to disappear, to show all of the radio buttons available on the Likert scale question at once. Does anyone know if there is a setting available to turn these horizontal scroll bars off? Thank you!
How to get a list of who has not completed a survey?
I sent a survey (form) to our IT Department (using an outlook email group). I received 67 of 100 responses. Is there a way to get a list of the 33 people that did not respond? I see I can remind those people... but I don't see how to get a list of their names.
MS Forms - Question only visible if previous answer
Hello I have a form with this questions - Testresult - Country - Comment - Incident - Nr. - Provider - Nr. Is it possible if the "Testresult" is not ok that then the field "Incident - Nr." is visible. That means the form is updated with "Testresult", "Country", "Comment" and also "Incident - Nr." when the Testresult is not ok. When the "Testresult" is ok than "Incident - Nr." is not visible. Additional is there a possibilitie to have a people Picker in Forms as Question-Field? Regards JFM_12
