Your account is not enabled for Microsoft Forms
I have the following licenses inside Office 365, including Microsoft Forms:-
Now I can access the Form home page and create new Forms as follow:-
but when someone share a Form with me and i click on the form link inside the invitation email, i got this error:-
so what could be the reason?

I am the admin and i have enabled Microsoft Forms, but still showing that my account is not enabled for Microsoft forms,

The telemetry indicates that the user does not have any valid Forms licenses. If the user has recently been assigned new licenses, please ask them to access the forms through https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx.

DingkunXie thanks for the reply.. i tried to login to the form today and it is working well .. not sure what was the issue, maybe because the form was shared with me and at the same time i was assigned the license thanks
