How to get a list of who has not completed a survey?
I sent a survey (form) to our IT Department (using an outlook email group). I received 67 of 100 responses.
Is there a way to get a list of the 33 people that did not respond?
I see I can remind those people... but I don't see how to get a list of their names.

jfranchetti I had the same question, and figured out you can send a reminder, then look in your sent folder and see all the folks who received the reminder in the BCC line.
Not ideal, but that's the only way I see you can get the list.

It must be possible. If it can send a remind we to those people that have not responded, then it must have the data.- DiPalenzuCopper Contributor
Hi jfranchetti, I am exploring various ways, but indeed it doesn't seem that this is a built-in feature in Microsoft Forms (crazy, I know!)
From what I see so far, you can 1) go to send reminders to those that haven't responded (this only works if you have sent the form to a specific group, rather than to 'anyone in the organisation' for example) and then the email you have sent will be saved in your 'sent' folder in Outlook. From there, you can copy-paste the email addresses that your reminder was sent to into an Excel and create any sort of lists you'd like or 2) create a Power Automate flow that compares a list of all the assignees, that you have previously created, to those that have responded the form or 3) Again in Power Automate, gather a list of all the members of a group (for example, a teams channel) and compare to those that have responded.
I am afraid my limited knowledge of Power Automate means that I can't provide any more assistance on that front, but just in case you wanted to explore any of these possibilities 🙂
