Outlook Deleting Certain Email Before Delivering to my Mailbox (Not Even Going to Junk)
Hi, I've been trying to troubleshoot this issue for 4 months now. I have become aware that since at least May, 2025, there are some emails which are not making it to my mailbox (neither by inbox or even my junk), Outlook is preventing them from being delivered (or perhaps deleting them before they show up to my mailbox). I have tried changing my Junk email settings, I have tried adding senders who have sent me email (e.g. verification codes from travel booking sites) to my safe senders list or contacts list but nothing is working. This has caused major issues to me, as I'm not seeing vital emails. How do I troubleshoot/solve this? Thanks
Unable to delete tenant
I want to delete a single tenant I've created some time ago using my personal MS account (@outlook.com). The goal is to start fresh. In the Manage tenants page I see this 'All initial checks passed. Click 'Delete' to Delete tenant 'Default Directory'', meaning all the checks are passed. However, when I try to delete 'Default Directory' I am getting below error: 'Unable to delete tenant Default Directory. Known issues exist where some enterprise applications are not capable to delete within the portal. Click the notification title for more information and manual troubleshooting steps.' But I don't have any enterprise applications left in my tenant. Is it even possible to delete only tenant?
Announcement Playback Service chat ¡HEPL!
Hello, for a few weeks now, one or two chats with the same name "Announcement Playback Service" have been appearing in my recent chats without explanation. Since the new chat update, they have remained permanently static in recent chats. I can't remove them, delete them, move them, or hide them. They're very annoying. I want to remove them. Does anyone know how? I've attached photos. Shared ToDo deleted tasks > how to restore?
Hello everyone, We share a ToDo with my colleagues and I deleted some tasks by mistake. I tried to restore them but whitout success. I cannot find any place where those deleted items went. I tried a lot a of solutions found on the net but none of them worked. I also point out that those tasks were not mine. So I am looking for some help. Does anyone have an idea or even a solution about that?
Cant delete "In Site Library"
Hi all, Im trying to remove some folders on Sharepoint under the "In Site Library" view. I do not have the delete option to remove these folders. But when i create a new item/folder in the folder that im trying to remove i can. I am logged in as a global administrator and have the rights. Could someone please provide me some information?
Delete projects
I just noticed that the permissions for deleting projects in Project Web App Online (PWA) are not working correctly. It's been a long time since I reviewed this option, but it seems to me that there have been changes that damaged this functionality. I have the following scenario: 1. An example user is associated with the “Project Managers” Group 2. The “Project Managers” Group has permissions on the “My Projects” Category 3. One of the permissions that the “Project Managers” Group has on the “My Projects” Category is “Delete project” 4. I have verified that there are no other “Deny” type permissions for that user in any group or category. There is no “Deny” 5. User cannot delete own projects from project center 6. User also cannot delete their own projects from PWA settings 7. Admin user and other users with admin permissions can delete any project
Deleting a large SharePoint library with retention labels applied to content
Are there any clever methods known to anyone for deleting a large SharePoint library that has retention label applied to all its content? I understand we will have to individually delete each item to empty out all folders before any folder and ultimately the library can be removed. Any other ideas?
