Copilot in Loop
16 TopicsPart 3: Dynamic Sidebar for Team Meetings
In Part 2, I focused on the vertical sidebar UX for personal work — helping individuals stay organized and avoid confusion. But in meetings, the challenge is even bigger: participants open different files, the view fragments, and the team quickly loses alignment. I’ve tested this myself by lining up apps in the current sidebar. But that model is essentially personal: files still open in separate windows, there is no unity, and meetings feel disrupted. That’s why Part 3 introduces a dedicated dynamic sidebar for meetings. With Copilot Pages as the hub, this sidebar integrates all participants’ files into one vertical scroll: Shared visibility – instantly see what others are viewing. No interruptions – because all participants’ files are shared, there’s no need to stop and search. Continuous flow – no screen switching; one unified view where discussion never derails. The breakthrough is clear: you never have to close the meeting screen. All participants’ files remain visible, and even files opened later are added automatically without disrupting the presenter. Benefits Meetings run without disruption; context is never lost. Alignment is automatic: the entire team stays in sync. This is not a minor UI tweak — it redefines how meetings work. 👉 In short: “Dynamic Sidebar → Zero interruptions. Meetings with full unity.” If you agree, please give it a like. 👉 Next time, I’ll share my thoughts on how we should approach learning Microsoft 365. 20Views0likes0CommentsPart 2: Vertical Sidebar for Personal Copilot Navigation
In Part 1, I proposed a simple model to unify Copilot: General tasks → Copilot Pages Specialized use → Toggle Save and recall → Loop This helped simplify the fragmented Copilot landscape. In Part 2, I focus on personal daily use. When working in Word, Excel, or Outlook, many users lose track of what they have opened and where to switch. My idea: add a static vertical sidebar in Copilot Pages that lists the files or apps you are working with: Self-organized list - Word docs, Excel sheets, Outlook mails and calendar items shown vertically in one place. No confusion - Instantly switch between targets without hunting around. Clear and simple - Prevents getting lost during solo work. The key is that Copilot Pages must remain visible as the entry point during daily work — a persistent sidebar that never disappears. And importantly, the number of items displayed can be set by the user. Hidden apps remain accessible by scrolling, keeping the UI clean and flexible. Benefits Daily work feels more organized and stress-free. Matches patterns users already know (Outlook folders, Teams channels). A realistic, easy-to-implement step toward better Copilot UX. In short: "Vertical Sidebar = No more confusion for individuals." If you agree, please give it a like. Stay tuned for Part 3! 次回、第3弾にご期待ください!40Views0likes0Comments🚀 A Proposal to Eliminate Copilot Fragmentation and Unify the UX
🚀 A Proposal to Eliminate Copilot Fragmentation and Unify the UX Body (English first) Currently in Microsoft 365, there are multiple entry points for Copilot — Copilot Pages, app-specific Copilots, and Copilot in Loop. This fragmentation often confuses users about which Copilot to use and where the outputs are saved. I propose a simple unification: ol {margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;}ul {margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;}li {margin-top:.0in;margin-bottom:8pt;}ol.scriptor-listCounterResetlist!list-758aeff6-9418-422e-b90e-e34b3c8e9a540 {counter-reset: section;}ol.scriptor-listCounterlist!list-758aeff6-9418-422e-b90e-e34b3c8e9a540 {list-style-type:numbered;}li.listItemlist!list-758aeff6-9418-422e-b90e-e34b3c8e9a540::before {counter-increment: section;content: counters(section, ".") ". "; display: inline-block;} General-purpose Copilot → Copilot Pages only Even when opening Word/Excel/Outlook/Loop via the sidebar, all interactions are handled by the Copilot in Copilot Pages. Specialized Copilot → Toggle switch Add a toggle at the top of Copilot Pages (“General ↔ Specialized”) to switch into app-specific Copilot functions only when needed. Save format → Standardize to Loop files All generated content is saved as .loop files in OneDrive/SharePoint and can be directly opened in the Loop app. Benefits ol {margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;}ul {margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;}li {margin-top:.0in;margin-bottom:8pt;}ol.scriptor-listCounterResetlist!list-758aeff6-9418-422e-b90e-e34b3c8e9a541 {counter-reset: section;}ol.scriptor-listCounterlist!list-758aeff6-9418-422e-b90e-e34b3c8e9a541 {list-style-type:bullet;}li.listItemlist!list-758aeff6-9418-422e-b90e-e34b3c8e9a541::before {counter-increment: section;content: none; display: inline-block;} Eliminates confusion caused by Copilot fragmentation → more intuitive UX. Users only decide “general or specialized” → very simple flow. Future apps can be added via the sidebar → high scalability. 👉 In short: “General = Pages, Specialized = Toggle, Save = Loop” This would greatly simplify and improve the Copilot experience. If you agree, please give it a like 👍 日本語版(for Japanese users) Copilot乱立を解消し、UXを一元化する提案 現在のMicrosoft 365では、Copilot Pages、各アプリ専用のCopilot、Loop+Copilotなど複数の入口が存在し、ユーザーが「どのCopilotを使えばよいのか」で混乱しています。 👍79Views0likes1CommentCopilot-voice denying my observations in Edge-window
🤖 Copilot in Edge: Why Is Voice Mode Less/NOT Context-Aware? I keep wondering: how can there be a difference between Copilot in voice mode and typed/manual mode when it comes to interpreting page content in Edge? I regularly ask Copilot questions about what I’m viewing in the browser, and when using keyboard input, its interpretation is impressively accurate. It seems to understand the page’s context quite well, even when I don’t mention specific names or links. Yet when I try the same thing via voice input, its response is oddly vague; almost as if it doesn’t "know" what's on the screen at all. And it categorically denies 🧠 What's Going On Here? Typed mode likely connects more directly to Edge’s page analysis tools, allowing Copilot to "read" tab contents intelligently. Voice mode may treat questions more literally—when asked “What do you see?”, it interprets that as visual perception (which it obviously doesn’t have), rather than contextual page awareness. It could also be a difference in how Edge routes context to Copilot depending on input method—perhaps voice input isn't wired into the same browsing context API. 💬 The Result? Typed queries = rich, context-aware responses. Voice queries = cautious, sometimes evasive replies, denying the ability to analyse the opened webpage. It’s a strange gap for a product that otherwise feels so seamlessly integrated. Anyone else noticed this?22Views0likes0CommentsWhat the hack is a "Microsoft 365 Copilot Bizchat"?

Hi, My colleagues and I would like to test Microsoft Copilot 365 before rolling it out across the entire organization, and we have a few questions regarding the behavior and storage of agents: Agent Storage Locations: Agents created in Copilot Studio: Stored in Cosmos DB. Agents created via a SharePoint site: Stored under Site Contents > Site Assets > Copilots. Agents created in a SharePoint document library: Stored in the current folder of the document library where the agent was created. men Copilot agents used in Microsoft 365 Business Chat and Teams, where are these agents stored?Additionally, several colleagues and I are encountering the following error when attempting to use Copilot the agent in Teams: "Consent between first party application and first party resource must be configured" Error code: AADSTS65002 **For context, I have both an E5 license and a Copilot 365 license. Thank you in advance310Views0likes2CommentsRewrite it with Copilot!
Writing is not an easy task, at least not for me. It simply demands time to challenge the complexity of our thought process. Whether you’re drafting a client proposal, refining a team announcement post, or just trying to get rid of the daily pile of emails, the words just don't always come out right the first time. That's where Rewrite with Copilot steps in. This feature, integrated across Microsoft 365 apps, acts like your personal editor — helping you sharpen your message, adjust tone, and even tailor your writing to your audience. It’s not just about fixing grammar. It’s about making your words work. There's a prompt for the most common challenges: Do your colleagues have no time to read a long message? Then select the option "Make it shorter". Or you tried hard, but your message still sounds complicated. Then go for "Simplify". Maybe you need to add more details, then use "Add more detail". Rewrite with Copilot is almost everywhere 🪄 You’ll find “Rewrite with Copilot” in: Outlook: Auto-rewrites, make it shorter or longer, change the tone, and more. Teams: Rewrite or adjust the tone of the message. SharePoint: Edit your text web-part and select "Auto rewrite". Loop: Prompt to Copilot to change the tone, simplify, and make whatever text improvements needed to communicate purposefully in your Loop pages. Edge: Rewrite with Copilot either using the shortcut Alt. + I or selecting your text and clicking on the "Rewrite with Copilot" option of the context menu. Here note that Rewrite with Copilot in Edge is currently not available with your work account, only with personal accounts. That's not all, you can use the feature in MS Forms, Word, PowerPoint, Notepad for Windows, and more! Adoption Tips 1️⃣ AI-generated content may be incorrect. Always verify what Copilot rewrites. 2️⃣ Copilot evolves quickly. If your favorite Microsoft 365 app does not offer the feature yet, it may be different next month. So check regularly for feature updates. 3️⃣ Asking Copilot to rewrite in a language that is not your mother tongue? Try to write sentences that are simple and clear, using straightforward vocabulary, so that the original text does not lead to confusion. Verify the given text with another source. Copy the text and prompt to Copilot: "Help me understand the meaning this text: <Copy your text>" Limitations Copilot might misinterpret your text if the content is ambiguous, grammatically flawed or lacks of context. There could be misunderstandings or inaccuracies for individuals working with "Rewrite" feature if one is working in a language that is not their first language. Rewrite with Copilot is easy to use, be aware that there are small differences from app to app. For example, in MS Teams you access the feature by click on a magic pen icon and not on a Copilot icon. Communication can be challenging. Words don't always align perfectly with our intentions, especially when time is limited. But the good news is, "Rewrite with Copilot" is a great way to support everyday writing processes. Stay curious and give it a try! ***** I write this post in collaboration with sohnash .272Views3likes0CommentsWork/Web Toggle Not present on Microsoft 365 copilot
Hi there, I am unable to see the work/web toggle and other features of the paid version of microsoft 365 copilot. Can you help with this? I was able to see it in Word, Excel, Powerpoint but accessing copilot from onedrive, onenote, loop, outlook, teams or even on m365.cloud.microsoft, I couldnt see the features of the paid version of copilot. I tried manually updating the license but couldnt find those options for some of the app. I am using M365 for Mac. Can you help with this. I had included a screenshot of this. I check my subscriptions and I had already been assigned the correct license.Solved1.8KViews1like7CommentsM365 Copilot Pro vs Copilot Pro
Hi, my name is Mark Salden, and I am a freelance graphic designer, social media marketer, and web designer from Belgium. I currently have an Office 365 Business Standard subscription and would like to purchase Microsoft 365 Copilot. Just to be clear: the regular Copilot Pro is only for individuals and not for businesses, correct? It’s a bit confusing, and I want to be 100% sure. I want to integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot into Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc. With Copilot, can I automatically create notes and summaries during online meetings in Teams? Also, can I use Copilot in Microsoft Loop? That part is not clear to me. I am also very interested in Copilot Studio because I want to create AI agents that help me with SEO, content creation, image generation, and more. Are there any limits on building AI agents, and can I create workflows and automate processes there as well? I hope someone can assist me. Thanks in advance!611Views0likes5CommentsCost for family on copilot
Feedback on Microsoft Copilot Pricing Dear Microsoft Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share feedback regarding the pricing of Microsoft Copilot. As a Microsoft 365 Family subscriber (99€/year), I find the additional cost of Copilot—ranging from 22€ to 30€ per user per month—challenging to justify. For a family of four, this adds up to a substantial annual cost of 1,056€, which feels disproportionate compared to the base subscription price. I appreciate the value that Copilot brings, but I believe a more accessible pricing model, especially for families or multiple users, would make the service much more appealing. A bundled or tiered pricing approach could encourage broader adoption and enhance the overall value perception of Microsoft 365. Thank you for considering my feedback. I look forward to seeing how Microsoft evolves its offerings to meet the needs of its loyal customers. Best regards, Maikel318Views0likes1Comment
