How to enable 'Never Combine taskbar buttons'. Windows 11 ?

Personally I like the tabs in the new one and also in win explorer, but as usual MS needs to have new features as an option not delivered as un fait accompli.
MS should have a new slogan: If it aint broken, just wait for the next update".
Just bough a new computer which came with Windows 11 and I'm very disappointed with all the degrading from windows 10. Tried upgrading to Window 11 Pro but it's just as bad.
Just to scratch the surface of degrades;
No 'Never Combine taskbar buttons', this is a real problem if you use the OS for work.
No 'Rename' on right click, if your the OS with single click mouse option, you have to go through another menu to get to rename
And I doesn't stop here
I see it been over 2 years that the 'Never Combine taskbar buttons' has been requested and said to be in the near update yet nothing has happen.
I agree that MS new slogan should: If it aint broken, just wait for the next update".
