Meeting notification sent periodically and without reason
Hi all, Recently in my organization every Monday more or less at 2:40, are sent meeting notifications with "No response required" from a set of users to the attendees of each one of meetings. I saw in explorer that each one of messages are generated from exchange online servers, from multiple IPs and some of them with IP 0.0.0.0 associated. I would like understand what could be causing this behavior, since users are not the ones triggering these notifications and we don't have any schedule configured. All notifications generated go with "no response required" and some of them go directly to deleted items of recipients and others to inbox. Anyone else with this behavior. I saw the meeting options in some outlooks and nothing explains this behavior. Thanks!272Views0likes0CommentsBypass EOP anti-spam filter in a hybrid implementation
Hi, I have a exchange hybrid and a third-party antispam solution. My messages are coming from this antispam go to my exchange onprem and then go to Exchange online. I configured a transport rule to bypass anti-spam in Office 365 (changing SCL to -1), however some messages are identified as SPAM by Office 365. I followed this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/use-mail-flow-rules-to-set-the-spam-confidence-level-scl-in-messages?view=o365-worldwide but anti-spam aren't being skipped. What can be wrong? Thanks!4.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: AIP Tracking and Revocation
Hi, I would like restart this discussion, because I am testing last AIP Client 2.9.116 and I would like to understand if "Track & Revoke" option is available in clients or not? According this article this option was added in 2.9.111.0: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/rms-client/unifiedlabelingclient-version-release-history#track-document-access-and-revoke-access-public-preview Nevertheless, I installed version 2.9.116 and I can't see this option in my label bar (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/rms-client/revoke-access-user). Hi, We have some document libraries in sharepoint online protected with IRM. Recently I checked that some users have these libraries synced, so they don't see the error message that pdf signed are not allowed in a library protected with IRM. Then, pdf is synced with sharepoint online but anybody can open or download de file. I am not finding a solution to resolve this problem. Seems that the only option is disable IRM in these libraries, but this way I will lost this protection. Is there some kind of solution or alternative for this issue? Thanks!Re: Detect broken links in documents - Sharepoint online migration
Paul de Jong According our organization, problem a) is the most relevant. We have many official documents with link to other documents or folders, and we must to update this links. It will be good with the improvement of Microsoft migration tool this feature should also be included.29KViews0likes0CommentsDetect broken links in documents - Sharepoint online migration
Hi everyone, I am migrating several sites from sharepoint on-premises to sharepoint online, however in some document libraries I have different types of documents (docx, pdf, xlsx...) with urls to old sites in sharepoint on-premises. I am search for a solution, but until now seems that only with a third party tool I can do that. For example, Cognillo is a nice tool but very expensive. My question is if it there is a solution provided by microsoft to solve this, for example any kind of powershell script or if there is another third party tool to solve this problem?
