I cannot open documents -open in app feature- on SharePoint online. I tried with office 2016 and 365. With office 2013 works well.

SharePoint Server 2016-"Download a copy" disabled
Hi all, I have SharePoint Server 2016 on premises and when I try to download selected items from a library the 'Download a copy' button is disabled (pic below). Do you have any solution for this?

SHAREPOINT ON PREMISES 2016 MAXIMUM UPLOAD FILE LIMIT
Hi all, I tried to upload an MP4 file of 970 MB on SharePoint 2016 (simple library and asset library as well) (on premises) and I received that exceeds the limit. As far as I know the default maximum upload limit per file is 2GB. Do you have any idea what's going wrong? Thanks Konstantina
