Shared Mailbox content migration
Our company has a lot of inactive users (former employees) still listed as active users. Sign-in has been blocked for all of them, and their mailboxes have been converted to shared mailboxes. There has been attempted logins from former employees and I would like to delete these old users, however, if I do that, I assume their shared mailboxes will disappear. I thought of creating a new shared mailbox, with separate folders, one for each former employee, and then move the mails there. But this is going to take forever and a day. Is there a way to 'mass merge' old shared mailboxes into one? How do you handle shared mailboxes from former employees? How long do you keep it? How long do you keep the old users before deleting them?589Views0likes1CommentRe: Mails show as read, even though not read
Being a Business Analyst, trying to be the chef, cook and bottle washer in a small company - no I have not. I just removed all delegations between the two. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. Thank you so much for giving me direction on this!1.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Mails show as read, even though not read
The email is sent to two individual people, each with his/her own mailbox. When person number 1 reads her mail, the mail changes to 'read' in the inbox of person number 2. I know it doesn't make sense, but I have seen it for myself.1.4KViews0likes0CommentsMails show as read, even though not read
Two senior people in our organisation have a problem. When emails are addressed to both of them, the email shows 'read' for both, as soon as the one opens it. I tried everything I could find to solve this issue, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas / suggestions?Solved1.4KViews0likes4CommentsCopy fields from one table to another with a power automate flow
I have a table with a list of investments, with a one-to-many relationship with a child table, showing balances of such investments. The balances table has the contract number of the parent table, a date field, and an amount field. This child table is simply used to show the ebb and flow of the investment over time. I need the last balance to show in the parent table, however. I need a flow that will trigger when a row is added to the child table (that is easy enough), that will copy the date and the amount over to two relevant fields in the parent table. Please point me in the right direction. I can't figure out how to do this.Re: SharePoint / Power Apps integration
I am rather new to Power Platform. Actually to Microsoft as a whole. So I learn by trial and error most of the time! I used a column of data type = file, in the table. Documents uploaded in that way, will never go to SharePoint, although I thought it would. I had to use the related documents tab to upload files; those go to SharePoint. Now I just have to figure out how to give information about the files so that it is displayed in SharePoint columns. Onto the next stumbling block!SharePoint / Power Apps integration
I have a SharePoint problem that involves Power Apps. I have asked in the Power Apps community, but nobody there can help. I have logged a ticked with Microsoft, and the Power Apps engineer assigned to the ticket, could not provide a solution. I am hoping for somebody with lots of SharePoint knowledge, that can help me. Problem: I have a model-driven app with which I want to upload documents to SharePoint. The initial integration seems in order, however, when a document is uploaded, it doesn't go to SharePoint. Is there anybody that has successfully created a MODEL driven app, with documents uploaded to SharePoint?Solved
