Intune DEP Single Mode App & MFA
Hello I have recently used the new: Run Company Portal in Single App Mode until authentication. Works fine, but when I enable MFA, and the user hasn't done the setup procedure on a previous device. They are not able to continue since they can't or set up their Authenticator. Read this for info: https://osddeployment.dk/2018/08/31/ios-dep-lock-the-company-portal-in-single-app-mode-until-user-sign-in/ Any workaround?1.9KViews0likes0CommentsmacOS troubleshooting - Deploy Printix with Intune
Hello all and mac pro's Problem with deploying Printx with Intune: Printx Following this guide: https://manuals.printix.net/administrator/1/en/topic/how-to-deploy-printix-client-for-mac-with-intune Here to ask if anyone knows any tools I can use to troubleshoot when something goes wrong, just like the event viewer on Windows(MDM Diagnostics) On the device - "Downloading" hang inside the Company Portal. Can I see in the console why the application is stuck or any information that would help? device management portal - "Download Pending." Save the Bitlocker key to Azure AD. Autopilot & 1809 needs some specific configurations. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Intune/BitLocker-Encryption-Policy-for-AutoPilot-Devices-Windows-10/m-p/291187 And also make sure the BIOS is updated 🙂12KViews0likes0CommentsRe: AutoPilot Aware UK Suppliers

You define your self how the User become compliant.. Configurations profiles you can troubleshoot by checking - https://aka.ms/intunetroubleshooting > Select user > Open Drop down and choose Configuration profiles. Do you see the Configuration profiles assigned "Success" ?785Views0likes0CommentsRe: Can't connect to the server error after installing new Outlook on Android

Using the native application to sync your contacts will let all applications on the managed device access the saved contacts, when t leaves Outlook. A workaround could be to only save some of the details from Outlook - Name and Phone number. but don't think this will make you GDPR compliant in case of audit. (im not a GDPR expert) https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/outlook-for-ios-and-android/outlook-for-ios-and-android-configuration-with-microsoft-intune#configure-contact-field-sync-to-native-contacts-for-outlook-for-ios-and-android1.2KViews0likes0CommentsDynamic Group with Advanced rule
I have come across bug. I created a Dynamic Device Group i used the property "EnrollmentProfileName" with the operator "Equals" and the value "BP User Driven" - This is where it get's strange, if you make a value that is equal to your enrollmentprofilename with "spaces" the dynamic group wont work. So you have to make the DEP profile or Autopilot Profile without spaces DEP profile allows you to use special characters(like "-") and spaces. Autopilot profile does not allow special characters only spaces. But if you name your Deployment profile with spaces the dynamic group wont work. Solution: Make a Deployment profile without spaces so its the same on both Deployment programs.Solved4.2KViews2likes3Comments
