Is there a way to lock a cells background color regardless of cut and paste?
Hi guys. So I'm working on a spreadsheet currently where I would like to protect a cells orange background color, but otherwise allow editing. Right now any time I copy another cell of a different color and paste it into the orange cell it changes the background color of the orange cell. Hi guys. I am looking to do something fairly simple but I'm a novice when it comes to excel. I would like to figure out a way to insert a checkmark from the "wingdings" font when I type "y" into a column of cells. Is this possible with a simple formula?Need help with a spreadsheet
See attached picture. I am no excel spreadsheet expert by any means so I hope you guys can help me here. I am pulling the information from column J into column C, but it's not matching the font type. It would be of more benefit for us to be able to have both the non-italicized text AND the italicized text pulled into column C. Is this possible?
