2FA Requirement Preventing Me Getting Support
Any idea how I can get support to contact me? I'm a member of th eMicrosoft Partner Program and earlier this year I contacted them asking them to not turn on 2FA on my account; we manage our security ourselves etc. Now, it seems I cannot login to the portal without setting up Authenticator. I can't contact them because the only way to contact them is by logging in. Any ideas? I've contacted them using the information on this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 but it's some useless AI menu that doesn't allow me to speak to a human. Hey everyone, I'm running a B2B SaaS startup and I've recently been trying to become a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner in order to build integrations for customers. I've been going through the verification process and was stuck at the employment verification step where they asked me to provide proof of domain ownership. Now, I had no idea how to do this so I submitted the following documents: 1. Email invoice from namecheap (issue might've been that I bought the domain with my personal email, and personal address) 2. Screenshot of namecheap dashboard showing that I own the domain name 3. Added my company house details to the website to show that the company owns the domain None of these worked and I've now been hit with "Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification" and not sure what to do now. I've filed a support request but no one is replying. Would really appreciate anyone's guidance on this, whether you've encountered something similar and what you did to fix it. Greetings all, I’ve been trying to sign into CDX Platform over my phone so I can get started with demos and understand better how these programs work. In the morning, I created a tenant for the Microsoft Endpoint Protection with Windows Defender, from a Cloud PC that I was using. Nonetheless, this evening I get thrown with this error when I try signing in: Nonetheless, when I check if I still have my partnership at the Partner Portal, I see it’s still there. Last month all of a sudden all our users lost access to thesecurity workspace in Partner Center and despite holding the global admin role and security administrator role, it still does not show up. Hi I'm trying to reach someone in Partner Support however all attempts lead nowhere. I've opened cases and they have been closed automatically without being fully answered. I've tried to use the Partner Support Options located here:https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/partner-support-options-6e2fefd9-4adf-2be1-9968-165aa84b1c3b Support by phone takes you to the usual process for opening a case, this does not provide an option in the list for the problem I'm having. It also does seem to just result in opening a new case so I'm back where I started and no phone number provided. If I click chat online with an agent I get the following: I am logged in to my partner account, I have tried multiple computers. I also tried calling the regular Microsoft Support number here in the UK0344 800 2400 but it is an entirely automated service. It doesn't understand my request and also doesn't allow you to speak with an actual person. We have set up the tool to do a bulk acceptance but we want to make sure this is done in a way that provides our customer with enough notice and we stay compliant. I'm trying to set myself with CSP registration but whatever information I submit, it keeps coming back as Rejected at the Employment Verification stage. I'm a sole trader and have submitted various documents - my HMRC Unique Taxpayer Reference, Bank Statement, Tenancy Documents but I just don't get anywhere. For £420 per year it's pretty disgraceful that with Office 2024 due for release soon we still don't have access to Office 2021 in the Microsoft Action Pack Subscription (stuck on Office 2019). Back in the day MS would send out CDs/DVDs in the post as soon as new software was launched but now they can't even be bothered uploading it to the website for us to download it ourselves! I've spoken to two people at Microsoft about this, and even had a teams call. While they were very friendly and understanding they were not senior enough to actually do anything about it. Come on Microsoft - we're your 'partners' and you expect us to pay a LOT of money every year for the privilege.
