2FA Requirement Preventing Me Getting Support

Any idea how I can get support to contact me? I'm a member of th eMicrosoft Partner Program and earlier this year I contacted them asking them to not turn on 2FA on my account; we manage our security ourselves etc.

Now, it seems I cannot login to the portal without setting up Authenticator. I can't contact them because the only way to contact them is by logging in.

Any ideas? I've contacted them using the information on this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 but it's some useless AI menu that doesn't allow me to speak to a human. I've tried to re-open my previous ticket and they are ignoring me.

I'm finding it to be increasingly concerning the level of difficulty to contact a support person for issues like this. I have a similar issue where the 2fa phone number that was originally set up for the admin account is no longer in existence and can not be recovered. There is now no way to access the admin account to submit a ticket and there is no other way to talk to a live human being that can help. I've tried every phone number I could find, LinkedIn page, email and have even gone as far as contacting sales just to talk to a live person only to be disconnected after 30 minutes on hold and now no one will respond to any of my messages. This by far the worst tech support / customer service I've ever experienced. How can Microsoft sit by and treat it's customers this way?????? I would love to know if there has been any answer or resolution to this.
