Total number of documents

Hi,

 

Hope you're well

 

It is possible to get a total number of document/files saved on our tenant? Not site, the whole thing! Total number in SharePoint. Total number in OneDrive.

  • Spudgun If you have admin rights go to Usage - Microsoft 365 admin center .

    Select sharepoint > Site Usage > Sites > Export
    Select onedrive > Files > Export

      Select sharepoint > Site Usage > Sites > Export
      this gives the total number of sites:
      Report Refresh Date, Site Type,Total,Active,Report,Date,Report Period



      Select onedrive > Files > Export
