could you share the details or  reference link suggesting SharePoint Migration project planning documentation and templates?

I have gone through the multiple sharepoint migration planning links, however I could not find any valid end to end planning documentation information.

Note: Migrating from 2016 to Online

Where are you now in the project? Are you just migrating documents or at the start and need a whole new structure such as site structure ?
