Hi Juan, Thank you for the response.
The app is basically equiped to handle vendor invoices as they arrive to the company. First it requires a bar code printed and scanned along with the invoice, and when that arrives to customer site, it is attached to the invoice. Than the invoice handling will assign approvers to the invoice, along with bookkeeping assist.
