Replace O365 group with other group using PNP Powershell

Hi,

Using PnP powershell can we replace old group with new group based on group id throughout all tenant sites? New group must gets same permissions as old one.

Old AD group GUID - ba6b9986-a02d-4565-b99d-376b88844444

NEW AD group GUID - e9e7ef1f-08f1-4bbf-8302-4ae64e888888

What is major difference between Get-PnPGroup and Get-PnPSiteGroup? Thanks in advance
