Yesterday the subscription for Windows 365 for Business Basic was restored.
All services have successfully started (mail, teams, etc.).
An error occurs when trying to use SharePoint or OneDrive.
On the web - Hmmm… can't reach this pageCheck if there is a typo in dipdevstudio.sharepoint.com.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
https://dipdevstudio-my.sharepoint.com/
This happens in mobile applications (connection error or similar), as well as in the web version.
I also cleared the dns cache and tried on different devices - the behavior is always the same.
nslookup https://dipdevstudio-my.sharepoint.com/
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8
*** dns.google can't find https://dipdevstudio-my.sharepoint.com/: Non-existent domain

Hi Dmytro,
Please also check your firewall logs since the issue can be related to too large DNS-queries. Allowing DNS-queries over TCP can possibly resolve this issue.

Microsoft recommends performing the following temporary workaround on a per-user level:
1 - From the Windows Start menu, proceed to "View network connections."
2 - Identify the network connection you're using, right click and select "Properties."
3 - Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
4 - Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 and select "Properties".
5 - Select "Use the following DNS server addresses".
6 - Under "Preferred DNS server" input "8.8.8.8".
7 - Press the "OK" button.
