How to appeal a rejected partner profile in the verification process
SamuelRoach MDFBSW I am so sorry to hear of your poor experience with our support team. 😞 There are many partners trying to get through the verification process and they are doing the best they can.
I don't have access to check on the status of your tickets to provide you with any help as I'm not part of that team. I do hear you and I have shared your feedback with them. I don't know what that will do, but they should be aware of how frustrated our partners are.

JillArmour I am working for an MSP who is registered with TD Synnex - and I'm in charge of purchasing Microsoft products through StellrOne - but my employment verification has been rejected.
I was aked to provide a specific document about our URL and recent billing showing owner, address, etc. I did that - but received no notice at all: that it was rejected.
When I click on FIX NOW, the prompt simply disappears from the screen and there is simply no information about appeal, or what next steps I can take. I provided exactly the documentation requested. This is simply ridiculous - as there is no way to get support for this. I'm simply unable to sell Microsoft products. Not sure that is what Microsoft wants: to make it HARDER to sell its products.

Are you so siloed that you can't reach anyone that can actually DO something about problems such as this? Thoughts and prayers don't DO anything.

I am desperate to get any human respond - posted questions in twitter, called their helpdesk several times and was even promised to get a call back "by the end of the business day". Guess what, nobody called 😄 Talked to their supervisors, got work email of the operator who is in charge of my support request - it does not help at all. Need to provide documents which I can't do due to the partner center error, and the ticekts are, can you try the fix now button.
It's a catch where once we are verified we can get phone support but can't do that until verified.
