In December 2022, Microsoft announced the FindTime application is being discontinued in 2023 for Windows and replaced and is currently available with Scheduling Poll in Outlook for OWA and MAC.
I had a chance to use the Scheduling Poll feature and prepared a demonstration. I shared the features' key components, best practices, and limitations in a video. During the demo segment, I show users how to create a poll, apply the settings, monitor the responses, and schedule the meeting.
