Saving a quick part email as an email template?

My Team often needs to send emails in a specific way to specific people (including reply and forwarded emails with attachments) we have been asking everyone to create quick part emails for these but recently discovered email templates via choose a form. Is there a way to make these email templates easier for people to find and can we incorporate the ability to forward and reply with these email templates?

thank you,

Brandi

  • If the template is simple (no code or controls), they can be stored anywhere and opened by double clicking on the file. You can store them in a folder in Outlook mailbox, pin them to Outlook icon on the task bar, in a folder on the desktop.

If the template has code or controls and opening it brings up a dialog that you need to open it from the template folder, you can use a macro to open them.
