Saving a quick part email as an email template?
My Team often needs to send emails in a specific way to specific people (including reply and forwarded emails with attachments) we have been asking everyone to create quick part emails for these but ...
- Jun 12, 2021If the template is simple (no code or controls), they can be stored anywhere and opened by double clicking on the file. You can store them in a folder in Outlook mailbox, pin them to Outlook icon on the task bar, in a folder on the desktop.
If the template has code or controls and opening it brings up a dialog that you need to open it from the template folder, you can use a macro to open them.
