Dynamics 365 Operations - Order Lines licenses cannot be activated.
Hi Team,
Unfortunately, we cannot activate Dynamics 365 Operations - Order Lines licenses via the Partner Center. According to the price list the licenses should be available. I have also searched for the product id but without success. Do you have an answer for me?

I do see that the SKU shows as deprecated on the current price list, therefore, I escalated your inquiry and it's been determined that the Operations Order Lines license should still be GA (generally available).
The response is that Partner(s) submit the issue via the MPN Portal for resolution.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble.
The Operations – Order Lines license is an unassigned license, so the user has to have indirect access. Direct use of the Dynamics application does not qualify. More information can be found on pg.36 of the D365 Licensing Guide (D365 LG).
If you've read the D365 LG and your user qualifies, then unfortunately I'm unable to provide tech support, so you'll need to log into Partner Center and submit a ticket.

The issue is that the Order Lines product in no longer on the pricelist or available to purchase in Partner Center, but it is still on the product terms guide.Thanks for the feedback. I have now also understood 🙂
which licenses are successful if you want to have an external storage system (Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain mamagement) a webshop connected. Is there a new option for this.
Would this solution also fit ? Was Order Lince replaced by Intelligent Order Management capacity block of 1k ???

There is a subscription ID. Neither as an additional license in an existing subscription nor as a new subscription you can book it in the Partner Center. I have already opened a case.
