Dynamics 365 Operations - Order Lines licenses cannot be activated.
I'm sorry that you're having trouble.
The Operations – Order Lines license is an unassigned license, so the user has to have indirect access. Direct use of the Dynamics application does not qualify. More information can be found on pg.36 of the D365 Licensing Guide (D365 LG).
If you've read the D365 LG and your user qualifies, then unfortunately I'm unable to provide tech support, so you'll need to log into Partner Center and submit a ticket.

Unfortunately I can not really understand you ? What exactly do you mean by that ? Maybe you can explain it to me in more detail
There is a subscription ID. Neither as an additional license in an existing subscription nor as a new subscription you can book it in the Partner Center. I have already opened a case.

1. Is the order lines product still current? The current price list shows that Operations Order Lines is only available for nonfit, charity, & government. The corporate SKU shows that it's been deprecated.
2. If not, what has it been replaced with? When I do a google search for Operations Order Lines, my first result is the Intelligent Order Management product that you previously mentioned. I checked the current price list and there is a corporate SKU for this product.- Operations - Order Lines is a B2C construct. In other words, when you buy something online - the SKU regardless of the quantity is the order line.
