Teams Voice - business recovery plan
Hello,
I have a mandate to draw up a business recovery plan. We use Teams phones with domestic calling licenses and Microsoft is our service provider.
I can't find any information about vendor/customer responsibility for the Voice portion of Teams. I assume that as a SAAS, Microsoft is responsible for offering the service, but what about configurations such as Phone numbers, auto attendants, call queues, holidays, resource accounts?
Regards
Eric

erictherrien I do not have an answer for your question but it does spark even more questions. We will be revising our business recovery plan after the first of the year and I will be adding this to our list.
Theoretically, Microsoft has "promised" redundancy. Your Teams instance should remain viable even if MS has an outage.
I have seen posts about using PowerShell to "backup" all of the parts of Teams Admin.
Here is a link to a PS Script that makes a "backup", but it hasn't been updated in a few years
