Teams Files / Documents folder not opening in SharePoint
Hello lifesavers,
I am Teams and SharePoint Administrator and I come across this issue for a particular team where I can access the Documents from files tab of that team but same can't be accessed on the SharePoint Site.
I am also the Owner of the team and every team member along with me is getting below error.
Any help is appreciated.
tejrao11 What exactly do you do to get this error? If you go to the SharePoint site by URL to it's homepage what happens?
1. StevenC365, I am trying to open Teams folder of documents into SharePoint by choosing Open in SharePoint as below.
and In SharePoint it shows below error.
2. If I go to the SharePoint site by URL to it's homepage, I cannot see the General folder in there.
