Teams Files / Documents folder not opening in SharePoint

Hello lifesavers,

I am Teams and SharePoint Administrator and I come across this issue for a particular team where I can access the Documents from files tab of that team but same can't be accessed on the SharePoint Site.

I am also the Owner of the team and every team member along with me is getting below error. 

Any help is appreciated.

@tejrao11 What exactly do you do to get this error? If you go to the SharePoint site by URL to it's homepage what happens?

1. @StevenC365, I am trying to open Teams folder of documents into SharePoint by choosing Open in SharePoint as below.

and In SharePoint it shows below error.

2. If I go to the SharePoint site by URL to it's homepage, I cannot see the General folder in there.
