Poly X50 & TC8 - External users can't see video
i recently intalled 4 X50 devices in one of our destinations.
actually having this issue.
all on Poly 3.11 and Teams App 1449/1.0.96.2022011305
sometimes mute/unmute video helps.
any further hints?

Having the same issue with multiple X50s, running Poly 3.11 and Teams 1449/1.0.96.2022011305.
No fix is listed in the 3.12 release notes but found this in the MTRoA release notes:No video for remote participants from Android Meeting Room devices Remote participants can't get video from meeting participants who're using Teams Rooms on Android devices, such as MTRA Poly X50, X30, and Yealink A20. The issue is intermittent. Install https://support.microsoft.com/office/what-s-new-in-microsoft-teams-devices-eabf4d81-acdd-4b23-afa1-9ee47bb7c5e2#ID0EBD=Teams_Rooms_on_Android. This update fixes most of the issues with video not displaying on these devices. so we can stay on 3.11 and update the Teams App.

saessli in the end we updated both the X50's & the Teams Software. They now work fine
But for info we have abandoned using the TC8's & replaced them with Iiyama Touch Screens. We had nothing but trouble with them losing Sync

carolcallsmsuk We had similar issues with these devices not finding each other and losing sync until we disabled IGMP snooping for the VLAN they are connected to

freall ours has been fine until last week when it happened again once.
The Customer is running the latest Teams & Poly Software.I'll pass this on to IT.
