Hi

 

Teams is a really amazing too especially with the current situation of users working from home. That said, there are a few hiccups that I need help working on

 

1. MS teams desktop app randomly crashing on occasion

2. Users unable to see other participants via video and only their profile picture. They will need to exit and re-join a meeting when that happens

3. Unable to get the camera to work or even leave a meeting. Users had to resolve to shutting down Teams via Task Manager and re-open the app

 

I have re-installed Teams for one of our users complaining about this as updating Teams itself via Check for Updates did not resolve anything :sad:

 

Can anyone help me with this? I need to know if there is a troubleshooting guide when it comes to these issues, like what and where to check etc

29/09/2021 - checked that the disable GPU hardware acceleration was already un-checked for the users who are experiencing the issues above on the Teams desktop app
