Microsoft Teams restart the computer when sharing screen
Hi, it's been happening to multiple staff in my organization recently.
We moved from Zoom to Teams, and we have updated all drivers, bios/firmware and Windows/Microsoft products.
It solved for a couple of people but not all.
The usual laptop we have here is an i5-8265U with 16 GB, also I can see the laptops topping at 100% CPU usage when it happens.
Of course, I can suggest closing some software before joining a meeting, but the reply will be that it used to work with Zoom.
Is there any support we can get from Microsoft to get to the root cause or hints & tips from the community to solve this annoying issue?
Thank you.

paobmmc here are some tips you can follow:
1. Make sure all the drivers on all laptops are updated.
2. Disable GPU hardware acceleration may help to reduce CPU usage and prevent Teams from crashing.
3. Sometimes a simple restart can fix software issues. Restart your computer and try sharing your screen again.
