Microsoft Teams restart the computer when sharing screen
Hi, it's been happening to multiple staff in my organization recently. We moved from Zoom to Teams, and we have updated all drivers, bios/firmware and Windows/Microsoft products. It solved for a co...
paobmmc here are some tips you can follow:
1. Make sure all the drivers on all laptops are updated.
2. Disable GPU hardware acceleration may help to reduce CPU usage and prevent Teams from crashing.
3. Sometimes a simple restart can fix software issues. Restart your computer and try sharing your screen again.
