Microsoft Teams Operator Connect Conferencing

We recently implemented Teams Operator Connect as our internal phone system. One of the issues we are facing is being able to conference in a ring group, we want to be able to dial one number whilst being on a call and bring in one person from the team we are calling to.


Example: I get a call from an end user, I need to add someone from 'Finance' to this call. I dial ***.***.*** number and it rings everyone in finance, the first finance user to pick up the call gets added to the initial call.


If anyone has a remedy to issue that would be apprenticed

I would recommend you setting up the Call Queue for the same with every department and assigning them with the respective number for your reference. You can also add the various Phone Numbers to all the contact speed dials
