Please, I'm desperate. I have an Acer Nitro 5, with Ryzen 7 and 16 gb Ram. Since this whole pandemic situation started and my University forced me to use this platform to attend my lectures, life's been hell. At random times, while Teams is running, my computer freezes in place and the only thing left for me to do is to use the "power" button to restart it. This already cost me a Ram memory bank, which I got replaced last september. Not to mention that this is HEAVILY influencing my studies. I have already disabled GPU acceleration and emptied my cache files, and still nothing. Please help me, I'm really desperate and the constant fear of freezing during an exam is making me go crazy.
PS: This is happening with the desktop app and with browser too.
