Simple fix.
The default is indeed Reduce by 80%
Set to Do Nothing. Issue solved.

astevebennett My solution was to get into speaker settings, speaker properties, advanced, Signal Enhancements. then untick Enable audio enhancements. You have to redo this on every call though which is a pain
