Hello All,
One of the user in our organization joined recently and when she tries to schedule a meeting in Microsoft Team and goes to scheduling assistance for participant addition. She can see status "Unknown" for everyone she tries to add.
I tried below steps
1) Had her login into web version, same issue shows up there
2) Uninstalled teams, deleted cache from %app data%\Microsoft\Teams
3) Renamed teams older folder in user->local->App data->Microsoft
4) Reinstalled team
5) Installed office 365 64 bit version
6) Downloaded the address book on outlook
7) Created new outlook profile
8) Enabled / Disabled cache exchange mode.
Still unable to fix the issue, Can someone please assist with it.

Can she see the free/busy info from Outlook or OWA?

Thanks for your response. I tried it checking on outlook / owa as well however there also it's showing the team status "unknown". Is there anything else that can be done. Please assist.

Dont check the team, check whether this user can see anyone else's availability from within Outlook/OWA.
