How to send meeting notification without option to join
Hi, I wanted to know whether there is a way that I could notify managers of a meeting but not give them access to attend? We are booking in confidential sessions for our teams and want their managers to know when the sessions are, but not be invited to join?
- Not as a built in feature! I’d send a non Teams meeting from Outlook with the same time and information but there won’t be any link provided. Like a placeholder

adam deltinger Thank you! That we save me searching for a way online. Was trying to avoid sending multiple emails but it's not too bad.
