Central Repository in MS teams
Hi! How are you doing?
I plan to create a MS Teams repository comprising of say 30 divisions to upload and review their data on monthly basis. These divisions tend not to submit their data on time. This means, I have to follow up with them reminding them to submit, which is very tedious and administrative.
How do I automate the process sending reminders to them if they have not submitted? How could I create a dashboard that monitors and highlights submission status? Appreciate your feedback
- Have a look at Power Automate! I myself don’t have any experience in setting this up but you need to find ways and connectors to be able to send reminders if an action hasn’t been performed!
