Can you actually change Videon Conference Room PSTN numbers?

We have about 20 PSTN-enabled meeting rooms. We're also running Skype CCE. We're not able to change the PSTN numbers on any of them with neither the Set-CsMeetinRoom -LineUri nor Set-CsUser -LineUri o...

I believe I have faced the same.

Try to remove the Cs-MeetingRoom part of the configuration, then change the On-PremLineURI on Set-CsUser and then again Enable-CsMeetingRoom.
