Blurry Screen

Hi All,

Wondering about the teams screen, the camera what we use is an full hd cam.

Sometimes the screen the camera screen will be blury, this is not the camera but something in teams.

Our internet connection is 500mb/s UP and 500mb/s Down.

Also sometimes we're sharing some content from powerpoint from the same device as the camera.

Same problem blurry, looks like an buffer thing

Hi @mmt040 Microsoft Teams adjust the video quality according to your network speed and connection. Even you have an internet connection with 500 mb/s up and down, it doesn't mean you have this bandwidth directly at your PC. And there other factors which can reduce bandwidth or influence the connection. For example if you have installed a central proxy instead of a local breakout.
