Average score not shown in microsoft form quiz format

Hi all,

I made several quiz forms and already set points for each questions in the forms. Unfortunately one of the forms did not show the average score. The rest of the forms show the average score just fine.

Anyone have any idea, what happened? Appreciate the help.
