I manage someone's mailbox for them.
How can I create a Task for them from an email in their mailbox? I have access to their calendar and contacts, but I do not have access to their Tasks, so I can't drag and drop an email to the Task icon, as I can't see the Task icon.
I understand I can flag an email and this will appear in their Flagged Emails sections in To Do, but as I don't have access to their To Do, I can't turn it in to a task from there.
Any ideas how I can turn an email into a task in someone else's mailbox?
Or any kind of workaround?
