MAILTO protocol only gives me the option to choose Outlook (PWA)

Hello,

MAILTO protocol only gives me the option to choose Outlook (PWA), how do I revert back to just Outlook? Selecting default email app also only show Outlook (PWA).

Outlook PWA is not installed in any browser on the machine.
