Is it possible for the Office 365 Exchange admin to view the mailbox of other clients

Hi

I am admin here at my workstation and Board of Director's has urged me to avail them with all the mail conversation of few staffs? We are using Office 365 Exchange mail.  I tried using the admin features but i think i am missing something here. Could you guys help me out??

    Be sure that before you do anything, check to see the local legalities of doing such a step.

    If it is ok legaly, be sure to get it in writing.

    Also, you may or may not have internal policies about notifying the employees of their e-mails being monitored. You'll need to follow those guidelines as well.

  • And before an administrator goes anywhere near a user's mailbox, I should make sure that authorization and approval is received from the management (and preferably the legal department). In many countries such access is deemed to be a breach of privacy unless it is justified under clear and agreed guidelines. Be careful...

    You need to grant full access permission for the required mailboxes to your directors. This can be done from Exchange Admin Center > Mailbox Settings > Delegation.
