Is it possible for the Office 365 Exchange admin to view the mailbox of other clients

Hi I am admin here at my workstation and Board of Director's has urged me to avail them with all the mail conversation of few staffs? We are using Office 365 Exchange mail.  I tried using the admin ...

And before an administrator goes anywhere near a user's mailbox, I should make sure that authorization and approval is received from the management (and preferably the legal department). In many countries such access is deemed to be a breach of privacy unless it is justified under clear and agreed guidelines. Be careful...
