Hi @rhotrix,

to create the options from the second picture in the permissions tab in Outlook, you will need to have an M365 Enterprise subscription and enable the Encrypt-Only feature for your organization.

Once you have enabled the Encrypt-Only feature, you will be able to select the Encrypt-Only permission from the permissions tab of the Outlook message window.

To enable the Encrypt-Only feature:

  1. Open the Exchange admin center.
  2. Navigate to Protection > Information Rights Management.
  3. Under Encrypt-Only, click Edit.
  4. Select the Enable Encrypt-Once check box.
  5. Click Save.

To select the Encrypt-Only permission:

  1. In Outlook, open the message that you want to encrypt.
  2. Click the File tab.
  3. Click Permissions.
  4. Under Permissions, select Encrypt-Only.
  5. Click OK.

The message will now be encrypted using the Encrypt-Only permission.

Please note that you are not able to enable the Encrypt-Only feature or select the Encrypt-Only permission in an M365 Enterprise demo tenant.

I think the best way to do this is to use sensitiviy labels. This is the modern way to do this. More info: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/sensitivity-labels

Hello Sir, Will this allow me to create custom options in the "encrypt" like "Contoso - Customer Ready", So far I can make sensitivity labels like this but for the options like on the second pictures I'm having a hard time on how to exactly do it.
