I'm using latest edge on debian (Version 110.0.1587.69 (Official build) (64-bit)) and connecting to AVD with my @Pernille-Eskebo email.    If I move the toggle to use the new client in preview, when I connect to my AVD instance (I use Europe vdektop) I see all the fonts and resolution blurry, not clear at all.   If I disable the new client, there is no blurry text anymore.   Let me know if you need more information ... Unable to shadow a users session that is using a remote app on a Windows 10/11 multi session host in Azure Virtual Desktop. When trying I just get a black screen. I am able to shadow user sessions that are on a desktop on the same hosts.   When I am shadowing and have a black screen, it will however still take keyboard input.   I am able to shadow user sessions that are using a remote app when the app is hosted on a Server 2012 host. But I no longer host apps on server 2012.   I am trying to shadow with this command example: mstsc.exe /v:<HOSTNAME> /shadow:<SESSION NUMBER> /control /noConsentPrompt   This issue is only happening on hybrid joined Windows 10/11 Multisession hosts, this issue does not exist on Azure joined hosts.   See ticket 2208100040006793 for reference. ... I have recently setup AVD and have setup the “start vm on connect”. This works from the windows client, as well as Android. I can’t seem to get it to work on the iPasOS version. There is a bug   when I made new connection and entered Host name(not Host IP address) as Displayed in my PC settings and shared my hotspot with the PC it doesn't make any connection, I mean when I want to connect to PC by Name not by IP address then I need to use third device's hotspot and both PC and My Mobile(where I want remote control) connected to it then I can enter Name not IP address and it works, but while using two devices by hotspot of My Mobile it doesn't.   Overall issue is that when I want to use Host Name I need three devices but, when I want to use Host IP then I can use two devices PC a nd My Mobile ... A few months back the column labelled "Active Sessions" in the AVD admin console changed to show total session per session host rather when you drill into the host pool and list the session hosts. See below examples of current inconsistent data at present   This request/idea is   1) to fix the active session column to show the active session count again   2) improve the session host list to include three columns to show "total sessions on host", "active sessions on host" and "disconnected sessions on host" to mirror the data available at host pool summary level - all of those are useful bits of information in their own right to an admin in different circumstances when looking at the session usage/state per host for example when looking at load levels and when initiating maintenance activities and diagnosing connectivity issues like are a very high % of session disconnected on a given host when they aren't on others say.     Example of current Web UI   Host pool overview screen shows accross the entire host pool "Total sessions", "Active sessions" and "Disconnected sessions"     When you then click onto the "Total machines" count or "Session hosts" in the left menu the list of session hosts in the host pool shows a column titled "Active sessions" has a count of what is "Total sessions" per the definition on the previous screen rather than the "Active sessions" per host i.e. the aggregate of active and disconnected sessions.       If you then drill down into a given host in the example above there is 1 session that is "active" and 6 that are "disconnected"       ... Hi, I cant get DPI scaling to work Wien connecting from iOS into our RD servers. I have done the tweak with ignorescaling in regedit, but in the latest version it does not work. Hi, I am connecting to a Windows Server 2019 using Mac Remote Desktop Version 10.7.7 (2001). I am running on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) on Monterey 12.4   Issue: An application is started. A splash screen is shown. When the splash screen goes away, the main window of the application is supposed to start up maximized or at least visible. The main window is not popping up, it is opened minimized.   This does not happen on the windows remote desktop client.   If the application is run as a "remote app", without windows desktop, I cannot reach the minimized window. The app stays running, until forcefully disconnected using the context menu on the remote desktop app.    I cannot see, why the program main window starts minimized.   Workaround: Opening the task manager on the windows remote desktop while the app is running minimized allows to maximize the window. Now exit the app. When the app ist started again, the main window opens maximized. When running the program as remote app now, the main application window shows up as expected.   What should be fixed:  The remote desktop should have a possibility to see / modify hidden / minimized application windows.   If the remote desktop client reports a wrong screen size to the application, this should be fixed. ... I am reaching out to you on behalf of Integreon [GCO] hoping that we could find a solution on some of the technical problems we are experiencing with virtual desktop environment. The reason why we want to raise this is because we experience an extensive work stoppage and disturbance during our work.   I am listing some chronic issues we come across on a daily basis as a team: We cannot use multiple screens. This is a very critical function for us.  We do not have the latest version of OneNote nor have we option to update it. We cannot use the “search” option to navigate in the Playbook. That causes us to miss important pieces of our guidance. All users have a continuous disconnection issue. While we are working on a contract or something else, the system logs us out and the work is being interrupted often. We usually have to start over again which might have a huge impact on business considering the fast-phase environment. It is slow. Some members needed to change their domains couple of times in the past as they could not log in again after being logged out. This caused them to lose their entire data and set things from the scratch. It has certain impacts on Teams use. We face with Teams connection issues and especially cannot not join to Microsoft calls with their v- for this reason from time to time. Some users cannot hear the discussions in a Teams call. Trainings and the important meetings are not efficient due to the constant disconnection. We have a “blue bar” on the main screen which causes inconvenience when we read a document and blocks our view and work. We have an option to remove it, however, it takes some time to be invisible and we struggle to find it back. We experience Outlook issues. We are unable to log in from time to time, it crashes when we add different Microsoft mailboxes e.g. – gcoesc@microsoft.com or gcotrack@microsoft.com. We cannot use right click mouse functions on Teams. In general the experience is different for everyone; different functions are being impacted and causing issues differently across the team. However, all of the above issues have been faced with at least once by each of the members and sometimes very often. We have a complex set of group policies to map printers to users when they log in from different locations, and we have been using group policy preference item-level targeting features (terminal session with Client TCP/IP address range), but this is not working in the Azure Virtual Desktop "Remote Desktop" client. This was working great when we used Remote Desktop services and the regular Remote Desktop Connection client (msrtc.exe). The AVD client needs to recognize the client IP address of an Azure Virtual Desktop user so we can assign item-level targeting to those clients. For example, when a user logs into AVD from a client in the office, they will get the printers for that office, and when they travel to a branch office, they will get the printers from that branch office, and if they log in from home, they get a completely different set of printers.  ...
