I attended all of the sessions today and it's clear that you guys worked pretty hard at preparing for this. Thanks for all the hard work. The sessions will make it quite easy to become that much more familiar with the capabilities of your products as well as all of the improvements. Gold stars for everyone.

Dave_Minasyan - for "Content accessible to permissioned users DAG report" you said, "Items with unique permissions = # of files with unique permissions"
To be clear it is only for files...
What about folders? Is that not an item?
What about lists or libraries with unique permissions? - Kelly_LaForest_CDWBrass Contributor
Default sensitivity label for a SharePoint document library:
1. can you use the "Prevent Copilot from processing content (preview)" label?
2. how do you address PDFs/non-MSFT office files? I heard there is a cost for this; what is that cost? - msjoatCopper Contributor
When will the following be available as configurable attributes of a Purview [container] Sensitivity Label?
- RCD - so that the applied container sensitivity label sets the site to RCD mode
- Default label for content in Libraries - be able to select an [Item scoped] Sensitivity label and apply that as a default label for all Document Libraries created in the site

The speaker mentioned some of these new reports are already in GA. I just checked and don't see any of these new reports available. Is there an ETA on when all tenants should receive these reports by?

For some of these reports it may be dependent on your licensing or permissions. For more details, please see our Microsoft documentation: SharePoint Advanced Management overview - SharePoint in Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn

The Permissions State Report (also called the Oversharing Baseline Report) is GA today via PowerShell only. Inclusion in the UI is currently in Private Preview, and will be GA later this summer.

Does the "Anyone with a link" function similarly or the same as a file shared with "Everyone Except External"? Or does "Anyone with a link" require the actual link to be opened, where "Everyone Except External" can be opened by anyone via, for example, a Copilot search?
- EricVigesaa
Microsoft
Not related to SAM at all, but EEEU is granting access to everyone in the organization. Copilot will return results for the content (unless prevented by features like Restricted Content Discovery or Restricted SharePoint Search). The sharing link function does require a user to click on the link in order for access to be "redeemed" and until that happens, the content will not show up in Copilot responses.
