When will the following be available as configurable attributes of a Purview [container] Sensitivity Label?

1. RCD - so that the applied container sensitivity label sets the site to RCD mode
2. Default label for content in Libraries - be able to select an [Item scoped] Sensitivity label and apply that as a default label for all Document Libraries created in the site
